COGS effect

Hello everyone,
I am struck with a strange situation, let me put the situation:
My Automatic cost posting and Expected cost posting is set to Yes.
Action 1:
a)we posted some postive and negative entries on 29th Mar (say)
b)we exactly reversed the same as in step a) on 5th April
Due to some additional entries happened between 29th and 5th, we have enties in Inventory Adjusmtn Account
So we have posted again some adjustment entries and made sure the value in Inv Adj Acc value is distibuted to RM. (here we observed that some qty and value is extra in RM, so created a production order posted these items as consumption, so that there is no adjustment enties [we have only one FG])
with this the Inventory value of RM, FG is correct but we have some value in WIP.
Actually the thing we do not have any WIP.
we have check the COGS account = Beginning Inventory + Purchases- Inventory Adjustment- Ending Inventory (and it perfect)
my question is how to reduce the value in WIP without effecting RM and FG.... ](*,) rest everyting is perfect
