Hi!
Would like to know how can the same (Contact Profile) Questionnaire (say, a monthly survey) be used several times for the same contact. Is this feature part of the NA standard? ](*,)

The table 5089. Contact Profile Answer has a primary key of:
Contact No., Profile Questionnaire Code, Line No.
The Line No. is the line number of the answer.
That means that a contact can have only one answer per Profile Answer Line. So nope, what you want is not standard functionality.
