Upgrade Error

hi all,

while trying to upgrade from NAV 5 to 2009 Classic, we're getting the below error. Can anyone give any suggestions regarding what could be the cause?

The following ODBC error occurred:
Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver] Unspecified error occurred on SQL Server. Connection may have been terminated by the server.
State ID: HY000

    This error may be related to different errors. I recommend checking EventLog if it includes more detailed description or open Profiler to see what happens.
