R G 23 A Part 1

Need Help....

can anyone tell my why posted shipment entry does not goes in R G 23 A Part-I....

This register is essentially a stock register, which gives quantitative details of each input received , quantity issued for production, issued for a clearance as such and quantity lying in stock on any day.

I suggest you consult the Senior Person in your organization who has domain knowledge about Finance.

It is fine sir but in my case only shipment entry not goes in R G Part 1...i have to do any
Setup for that ? ? ? ?

Sales related details will not go to RG 23 A Part 1 , it will go to RG 1 Register.

Sir posted shipment entry should go in R G Part - 1 in my database Quantity Sold field of

RG Part 1 not updated.

Is it Rawmaterial or Finished Item ?

If the Item is Rawmaterial then in the Item Master - > Replenishment System = Purchase then system will update the RG A part 1 when you sold the Item.

It is fine sir..But what happen in case of Finish Item ? ? ? ? will it hit R G Part 1 ? ? ? ?

If goods are removed as such then RG 23 A part I Register will update for Rawmaterial . When it comes FinishedGoods RG 23 Part 1 Register will not update.
