display values from table as column headers in a report

Hi,
I want to display values from table as column headers in a report. is it possible and i want to know how to do it with examples?

    Why would you want to display values as a column header anyway?
    Can you please explain more detailed want you exactly want to do?

    Hi,

    I want to fill a quality form with parameters like length for a item and store those values into database.then create a report with 2 sections.in the top section i want the item' details already filled to be displayed.In the bottom section,i want to display a form to enter the sample parameters and in the column headers i want the sample parameters entered i the table like length,width in a tabular format.
