Adjust Additional-Currency Amount and Reporting Currency

I have a client that uses a reporting currency (USA) along with their LCY (CDN). I know that on the foreign currency AR/AP and Bank accounts the selection can be the "Adjust Additional-Currency Amount" selection. But what about the other Canadian accounts that have to be reported in the USA reporting currency? Do all the CDN accounts have the Adjust Additional-Currency Amount selected when there is an additional reporting currency set up or only the ones that I indicated above?
