Problem in working with Job Scheduling

Hi,
I am using Axapta 3.0 and try to schedule a work through one of my class
using Batch Processing
I had setup the Batch Journal and the Recurrence. When I open the Batch
Users List I can see my job is in waiting status and recurrence of the batch.
But the batch is not executed according to the recurrence specified.
If any one knows about this problem pls specify the solution.
