Query in Order Tracking

Hi all,

I am creating a Purchase Order for Item : 80212 with receipt date as 24.02.10. I am creating a sals order for the same Item 8 Quantities with shipment date on 26.02.10.I have given the Order Tracking policy as Tracking only for Item 80212.But when I see the Order Tracking from sales Order, I cant find the Purchase Order Entry as Order Tracking lines and I am getting the Untracked Quantity also. Why I am not getting the Order Tracking Lines even though the Receipt date is before the Shipment date.

If anyone know the reason for why the Order Tracking lines not getting displayed in the sales order,Kindly tell me the solution.
