Malformed XML doc coming out of CG?

Has anyone else encountered a problem with the XML files that BizTalk 2004 receives from Navision/Commerce Gateway? Our biggest issue with them seems to be that the namespace attribute seems to be incorrectly implemented: the 'ns0' prefix is added to the parent, but not to the children.
Has anyone else hit this, or have we messed up our install?
