Problem with standard action "New"

Hi guys!
I've a problem with personalization of Customer Card.
Since we have created a wizard to create Customers, that start both from Card and List, I created an action (called "Insert New"), in order to launch this wizard.
All works good, but the problem is that in Actions menu (in the Card) there's the standar Action "New" that doesn't do what I want.
If I use "customize this page" I can hide this action, but user can show it again.
I'm wondering if there's the possibility to delete this action or customize it...
