OnLookup does not show filtered records

Hi everybody,
I have tried to search here a lot, but I couldn`t find real solution.
The problem is really simple, in table relation I set a table that I want to relate to and a table filter like "Blocked => CONST => No.
And it does not work, it shows me records that are also blocked. I don`t want another page, I know it is possible, I want just to see records OnLookup. I don`t have any code OnLookup trigger for this field, so nothing should overwrite this property!
Does anybody have an idea???
