CHANGECOMPANY and Open Company screen

Dear experts,
Here is the situation:
We have a Time Registration Report which needs to loop through every entities in order to fetch some data (read access only).
As we use the CHANGECOMPANY function, we have configured a role with READ access (indirect) to the involved data for every company then we've added the permissions on the report.
BUT since this change we have kind of "look and feel" issue in that on the "Open Company" Screen (see below) the user can see every company. Even those they don't have access to.

The screen that displays when goiing to "File -> Company -> Open (Ctrl + O)
I suppose it is because in their profile they have a permission with Entity field left empty. (see below)

SO my question: is there a way to grant read permissions amongst all entities without having every entity displayed on the "Open Company" Screen?
Many thanks in advance!

In Roles Which you have assigned to user, you can also assign Company name
Did you try that option?0 -
Yes but then I suppose it won't have access to every company, am I wrong?0
