RTC deletes the wrong record when the record is renamed.

Dear all,
I encounter a strange problem as follows:
At page Payment Mothod:
- I have 2 records: PAY1, PAY2
- I rename PAY2 to PAY1 -> system ask " Do u want to rename...?" -> I say Yes -> Error "The record already exist".
- I let the error message still on the page and Ctrl+ Del to delete this record.
- Open this page again to see what happen: my PAY1 was deleted.
At page Salespeople, i do the same thing but the record was deleted is PAY2, not PAY1.
I desired all my customized pages behavior as Salespeople page but it gos wrong as Payment Method page.
It seems RTC has inconsistency behaviors in the same situation.
I find the deffences beetwen Payment Method table & Salesperson&Purchase table but I have no answer for the solution.
Anyone expert of RTC can help me?
