Anyone has encountered this issue when add chart in RTC? This error happens if I access by Citrix, but not if I access directly from PC.
I guess because I have Visual Studio installed in my PC.
Any specific .DLL need to installed or I just need to install visual studio in the Citrix Server?
Please advise and thank you.

I do not know Citrix in details. However I imagine it works in a similar way to Remote Desktop. Does Remote Desktop work on that box?

Yes, if access thru Remote Desktop it works. but not for citrix.
