Migrate Users, Roles Assign Users Menu´s - Different Domain

Hi guys,

i want to move many users from a database1 ( on X.local domain) to database (on Y.local domain).

Example i want to move
x\user -> y\user

What are the steps that i need to associate to the new SSID users to the old users? ( i want migrate all security parameters that are associate with users Roles, Assign Users to a menu (like Manufacturing).

Can you help me?
