New Action in Home Menu

Hi guys! I need a little help...
I'd like to place a new action in the Home Menu of the Role Center (see attachment).
I know how to place in Departements but I don't want to place in departements, only in home.
I'm wondering if anyone could tell me how can I do.

That would be an Action in the Role Center page.

these views are generated by the "Activities" part of the role center and other list pages. Check pages 9000..9020 for example.

Role Center page varies from user to user based on the profiles selected against the user in the user profiles. Check which role the user belongs to and go to the Role Center Page (Page Id will be mentioned in the Profiles List), and them it as a action.
