Bottons not working - LS Retail

Dear Experts,
We are using Navision 4.0 and LS Retail in our POS machines. Recently we purchased new POS machines and we installed everything same as our old POS machines. Now when we are opening POS Client screen and clicking on buttons, its not working, with shortcut keys its working fine. Anyone experianced same problem before?
