Excise opening

Hi All

I am trying to upload the excise opening through Tax Journal but after posting amount is not going in to RG-2 register. Can anybody tell me what will be the problem. Following are the fields which i am using.

Posting Date : 03/31/11
Document No.: 00001
A/c Type : G/L Account
A.c No. : 9510
BED Amount : 10000
E-cess Amount : 2000
SheCess Amount : 1000
Amount : 12000
Bal. A/c type : G/l Account
Bal A/c No. : 1590

Can anybody tell me that m doing any thing wrong. Amount is posting to G/l entry but not in excise registers.
I am using Tax journal first time.

Following are the fields which you have missed.

Excise Charge : Yes
Excise Record : RG23A
E.C.C No. : 123456

When you enter amount in BED Amount ,E-cess Amount ,SheCess Amount the amount filed is auto populated.
