Conection problem with windows 2003 server

Dear All,
I've connection problem on database server with VPN on Windows 2003 server, even though database server works well with then connection with client of its LAN (everything works well if i install windows 2000 server on the same server instead of 2003). Do you know if I'm forgetting some setting on W2003 server ?
