Periodic Billing Sales and Purchase related

Hello everybody,
I would like to manage periodic billing with NAV 5.0 (CH).
I explain better.
Suppose to have 2 types of contracts with all conditions both versus customers and versus supplier and need to invoice periodically (for example each month) the expenses to customer and to receive the costs from supplier.
Is it possible to manage these aspects with the standard package? Which could be the better way/module to exploti?
We would also like to maintain relationship between positive and negative invoices, have a sort of batch monthly that propose the invoices to send out and reports for these.
