Error when calculating backward calender

Dear Experts!!!

Need Help...

when m trying to create production order it Reflects error "Error when calculating backward
calender is not available before 04.04.11 for work center 003"

    Something is wrong in the routing or on the work center maybe wrong unit of measure.
    Easiest way to find out should be to create a calendar in the past.

    When you calculate calendars for work center you can change the dates under the option tab. that way you can set dates in the past.
