How can I get data from secound row in my data set?

in the report layout (rdlc), create a new table: insert fields from the dataset in the table and probably a hidden property to hide the blank records.

I think this is one of your first rdlc reports, so i suggest you to read some manuals and use the "create layout suggestion function" to figure out how does it work!
