Show filter pane by default?

Is it possible to show the filter pane, by default and for all users, on a worksheet page? I'm interested specifically in the Phys. Inventory Journal page.

what do you plant to do with this? what come in my mind is, just add some filter fields in the form.
if i assume correctly, then it should be easy.

A little trick is to put filters by code...

Rec.SETFILTER("No.",'*')  ;
Rec.SETFILTER("Sell-to Customer No.",'*');

The result will be :
