built-in backup function??

I encountered backup problem.
Normal navision backup doesn't work and the error recommanded "built-in backup function".
what the hell is that function :evil: ??
It sounds like "built-in backup function" = navision backup though :oops:
any idea....

    Do a database test, maybe that gives you more information!
