RTC Report: automatically add rows to complete a page in vis

I've been trying to trick Visual studio into letting me fill a page with blank lines after my report (so it looks like a worksheet with a few filled in lines then many open lines so a user could write information on them), however I cannot find a way to do this without having blank lines overlap on a second page where there is no data and no header/footer. Any suggestions to automatically fill a report with blank lines so it fits exactly to one page?
