Daily basis backup for Navision SQL server option database

Yes you can. SQL has backup tool in it.

You can schedule backups if you are using the SQL Server option. The native Navision database does not have any functionality to schedule backups. I think there are products you can use to do this, but it is not included in standard Navision.
