Document Approval Notifications

Hi All,
In Approval setup i have checked all check boxes under 'for notify user about'. Users get emails when the documents are rejected/ delegated or canceled. But they don't receive email notifiactions when the docuemnts are approved. Has anyone experienced this? any light you could shed would be appreciated.
