NAV 2009 R2 - RTC Opening Error

Dear All,

While opening NAV RTC of 2009 R2, I am getting an error as shown below attachment.
"Error while reading message framing format at position 0 of stream (State: ReadingUpgradeRecord)"

What can be the reason?

Hi Ravi,
Can you just check the event viewer and list the error here, that might tell the exact reason of the error.
