Hi!
When recording a new Service Order, is it possible to make Starting Date directly dependent on Resource Date availability, after having been allocated to its related service worksheets? #-o
Steps are as follows:
1- service quotes
2- create new quote
3- on service line: add 1 "item no."
4- clik button "line" and select "Resource allocation"
5- clik button "planning" and select "Resource availability"
6- select 1 resource with availability date later than today, and then
click button "allocate";
remark#_1: mbsn automatically sets resource's "allocation date" to '19/02/01', while my working date is set to '25/02/01'. Does this make any sense? I'm must be missing something... :-k
remark#_2: meanwhile the "starting date" field (from Quote's Header) remains blank.
7- click button "functions" and select "create service item";
QUESTION: can i get an estimation (suggested by mbsn) on this service's starting date, depending on resource's date availability (as soon as possible)? Can i get this through mbsn standard? If not, what would you suggest?
