Hi Experts,

One of our customer has a Strange issue when she prints Computer checks from the Payment journal in RTC(Report No.-10411).

She Prints bulk no. of Checks at a time, upto some checks they print correctly but after that some of the data
in the check has junk values printed.

We have checked in our test database but they print correctly.

For example please see the attached screens.

Please help us in how to get rid of this junk values.

Please note that the issue is only in RTC & Not in Classic

Their environment is NAV 2009 R2,Windows Server 2008 (Where NAV Server is installed) & Sql 2008.

Please help us in this regard.

thats is strange. when you say you tested it in your test database are you also using RTC & not classic?

are they upto date on all print drivers?
does it come out correctly on a different printer?
does this happen for particular vendors or any random vendor?
    Using multiple languages or currencies?

Use the "About this report" functionality to look at the dataset send to the RDLC. If it is ok, the problem is in Report viewer, if the data are bad, the problem is in NAV part somewhere...
