VAT 2005 Navision 4.0 ELSTER..?

Hi,
did anybody install ELSTER for NAVISION 4.0? I only found an UVA2005.fob (on partnerquide.com) which contains the report for 2005. But I saw in a documentation new fields and I read that I have to import new objects for that. Does anybody know where I can find those objects?
