Forward scheduling direction with multi level orders

Hi,
I have question about forward scheduling in NAV 5.0 SP1.
All my items are MTO, so when I create production order it is multilevel.
Then I enter Start Date, and refresh PO with option Forward.
This operation chage my start date and creates lines with dates earlier than start date eneterd by me. Why? :?
Is there any way to plan multilevel order, in that way:
1. Enter start day (for example TODAY);
2. Run refresh PO with Forward option.
3. System creat Prod. Order Lines, where all dates is >= TODAY?
