Copy .zup File to New NAV Version?

Hi,
Does anyone know if it is possible to "copy" the settings from the .zup file of an old NAV version to a new NAV version (i.e. upgrade from NAV 3.1 to NAV 2009R2 - Classic)? Or a way to print out the settings? We are trying to avoid doing screen shots for all the user settings and customized reports.

    The .zup file is not compatible between 3.xx and NAV2009.xx. Also it is not possible to print out the settings.
    The only way is to completely redo the settings (using screenshots if needed).

    Thanks for the responses. I did search the forum first but apparently did not use the right keywords, because I didn't come up with anything.
