Receive and Invoice purchase Orders

Hi All,
I need to use the receive and invoice option on the purchase order and post the purchase receipt and the purchase invoice in one shot. This is because I am the only person who posts the receipt and invoice. But, I don't want the purchase order to be deleted. Because I want these orders on the purchase--> Orders on the item card. It can be made possible with oarchiving the purchase orders. But, the purchase order will be deleted and I cannot see the list from the item card.
Is it possible straight away or does it requires customisation?

although it's possible, but look at the impact of this in performance, Purchase header and line has a lot of validation when creating and modifying it when there's a lot of data on it it can be slow down your PO processing, it's better to archived it.
