Dont have permission to exceute Ep Request Handler codeunit

We r using NAV 6.0 SP1 IN veision SQL DB having 32 companies.When we close any company it is showing us an error :

You dont have permission to execute EP Request Hanler codeunit.
Please contact system administrator.

It is showing us above error with client License but not with Developer License,but in client license we have all permission of Codeunit 6810 and dont have permission of Table 6870.We have synchronised all users and don't have any data in Table ID 6870 in any company.

But we have another system we all same configurations and DB with client license,there we r not getting this error.

Please reply me ASAP.

we had similar problem with out client's license. Renewing (regenerating) the licenses fixed the problem.
