Double Copies Prints When Printing Reports - V5 Hot Fix

Hi there, does anyone have the hot-fix for V5 which corrects Double Copies Printer (ie if user select 2 copies, it prints 4, if selects 3, it prints 9, etc etc).
I can only find the version 4 hot-fix and wish to avoid applying the full Version 5 SP1 across the company as only affecting one windows 7 machine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
