Actual Cost not update in Value entry against output

i've post the output & close the order.
then i run the "Item Cost adjustment" for this item but the actual cost in not updated in Value Entry

This is a second output against second Production Order, in first production order of same item the cost is updated properly with the same process.

Inventory Setup -
Expected Cost Posting - Tick
Automatic Cost Posting - Tick

Please suggest.

Have you change the status of Production Order = Finished ?

Yes, the status is 'Finished'.

Are all the consumption lines fully applied? Check if any consumption lines have open quantity to invoice.
