Date Formula Error in RTC

When creating a Purchase Order in the RTC, I get an error that is as follows

"error - The date formula '0' should include a time unit", this error occurs as soon as I try to insert into any field other than the No. field in the PO header.

If I create the same order in Classic I have no problem.

I have replaced the page from a site where the PO works in RTC, we have also replaced the service tier but to no effect.

The database is a Nav SP1 running on SQL 2008. We suspect it is an SQL problem but do not know where to look?

Any help or if anyone has seen this problem before would appreciate to pointers as to where to look.
