Windows7-ChineseRegionalSettings-Printing Narrow Characters

Hi,

Once of our customer has 5 machines with windows xp and one machine with windows 7.

All the machines set up with regional settings to "Chinese Simplified".

When customer prints sales invoice from windows xp machine, it prints in the proper format.

When the same sales invoice report print from windows 7 machine, all the characters on the report are very narrow.

When we change the regional settings to English , the machine which is with windows 7 os is printing in the proper format.

But this machine must be with Chinese regional settings. Anybody has any idea to get the proper print format with chinese regional settings.

Not really a nav problem - more like a print driver problem - do you have all the updated drivers for W7?

When we set regional settings to English, Machine which has windows 7 OS is printing the report in proper format.

It prints all the characters in narrow format when changed regional settings to Chinese.

Is it still problem with drivers?

Could it be because the chinese font is/was updated in Win7?
Perhaps you could install the font of the XP machines on Win7?
