Problem in Posting the cost of output

I've posted output of one production order, in earlier order of same item after running the 'Adjust Item/Cost entries' the actual cost flow in financial and other relevant place.
Again i posted a output of same item with different production order,
but the cost is not flow after running the 'Adjust Item/Cost entries'
