Hyperlink on email

I want to be able to send a hyper link in the email approvals in NAV 2009.
However the sent mail is sending the link by it is in plain text.
I have tried editing the email template card to include the link [C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\Classic\Finsql.exe]...no success :?
I have also tried editing the "Email Template" table to have a link which points to [C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\Classic\Finsql.exe], however the email is sent and the link appears but as plain text ](*,)
I have followed CU 400 and 397 and the emails are being sent as HTML.... ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)
Anyone who can assist me?
