Hello everbody,

One of our customers send emails with navision.

Does anyone know how I can add his signature to a new mail message when I choose the Email icon form the customer card?

Greets,

    Change the code behind OnPush of "email" Button, to:
    HYPERLINK(STRSUBSTNO('mailto:%1',"E-Mail"));

    This might not work on all OS, because of security reasons, etc.
    But you should at least try it.

    I got the next message:

    C/SIDE Hyperlink failed.

    You tried to hyperlink to this target
    mailto:info@xbi.nl

    Do you want to place that hyperlink on the clipboard?

    The message is a security message? I tried it on a local database.

    Khm.
    Which version of Navision? If it is 4.0 it has been already reported as a bug (or is it rather unpleasant feature).
    On 3.60 and 3.70 works well!

    Then you should report to MBS to give us back our beloved HYPERLINK.

    Try Sigsync(www.sigsync.com) Office 365 email Signature, Its server side email signature. You can configure it once, you will have a consistent, tamperproof email signature.
