Printing Time is delayed when we print from NAV using Citrix

Hi all,

I have installed Navision in a centralised location and I am trying to access the database through citrix from the different client locations.When I try to print the report from client location by accessing the database through citrix,for getting report to be printed in client printer is taking about 5 to 10 minutes.
is there any bug in printer settings in nav 2009 sp1 or is there any other method by which we can increase the speed of print when we take the print from client end through Citrix.I have tested by setting the Printer Selections as well as without the printer selections.In both cases , the time taken to print a report from client end is around 10 minutes.

If anyone knows the solution , kindly reply me back.

Perhaps your network connection is slow ? Fast enough for Citrix client, but slow for big amount of data sent back to printer.

Look in print manager how big file is generated.
