RTC Error

Hi Guys,
While ruuning RTC I am getting following error
" You do not have permission to run 'Microsoft Dynamics NAV server' system. Contact your administrator to have your permission changed".
Kindly advice me how to resolve this error.

is ur domain user added in server database?
