Access to Notes factbox from web services

HI All,

is there any way to access the NOTES factbox in the PO Page via web services?

I have exposed PO page as a web service and creating a PO from external app into NAV (using the web service).
I'd like to be able to attach a note with that PO from external app.
is this possible?

Notes are stored in the Record Link table. You can write a quick function to create a record and insert it based on some parameters.
