How to display "CompanyInformation.Picture" BLOB

Greetings,
I'm as green as they come when it comes to Navision. We're currently implementing Navision Attain in our organisation. Unfortunately our manuals are stuck at the Canada/US border so I don't have them as reference, as well as the Online Help refers to the manual.
What I'm trying to achieve is to place the CompanyInformation.Picture BLOB into the Sales Invoice Report (10074).
I'm made the source CompanyInformation.Picture, and AutoCalcField is set to yes, yet no picture is being displayed.
What have I missed, what do I need to do to get the picture to show... and where can I find the manuals online?
