EP Stopped working

Dear Experts,
Presently i am at client site and project is under UAT. Suddenly EP has started the problem. We are making the reports in SSRS and deploying these on EP and even reports are not running on EP. No form which is desiged on EP is opening. We have check and found IIS settings ok. Is it possible to check the virtual directory configuration if the same has been chenged. We have even checked after making the another AOS and another EP site and the problem is still same.
Experts need your help.
