restriction of FEFO method in LOT Selection

We follow the FEFO (first expiry first out method), i want to implement this in lot selection.
i want to restrict the user to selelct the lot which have nearest expiry date. but the data in LOT list is not stored in table.
if quantity is not sufficient in first lot then only he should able to select the next nearest expiry lot.

How do i read the data from this Form, please suggest. so i can achieve this or there is any other way to fulfill this requirement.
