Installing RTC 200 SP1 and NAV 2009 RTC R2 on same PC??

For development purposes I would like to have NAV 2009 SP1 RTC and NAV 2009 R2 RTC working on my PC at the same time. Can this be done?
If so what do I need, another server "instance?" in SQLserver in order to install a second (different version) Nav Service Tier?
