Multilanguage - Where is the translate file for CaptionML?

Hi!
Why is there no translate file in the multilanguage download anymore? In this case polish. Didn't seem to find a separate download on partnersource either.
Earlier when downloaded multilanguage to 4.0 versions I'm pretty sure that the translate file was included? Have Microsoft changed some policy on this?
My solution to this, since I was on a deadline if anyone needs to know:
I downloaded the Polish 2009 R2 version, marked all objects except some of the menusuites since our license doesn't allow us to update these, and exported it to a translate txt file. Then in the norwegian upgraded 2009 R2 database I imported and updated the CaptionML for all objects based on my exported file.
